Terms of Service

Effective date: 29 October 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the F+ Pro team (Sri Lanka), who run F+ Pro ("F+", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using F+ Pro, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines — they're part of these terms.

1. Who can use F+

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, please make sure a parent or guardian has read these terms with you.
You must give your real date of birth when you sign up.
You can't use F+ if we've removed your account before for breaking these terms.

2. Your account

Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
Choose a username that doesn't pretend to be someone else or a brand you don't represent, and isn't offensive. A username can be changed once every 27 days.
Don't sell, share or transfer your account to someone else.
Tell us through the contact form if you think someone else is using your account.

3. Your content

You own what you post. Your videos, captions, comments and profile stay yours.

To run F+, you give us permission to store, copy, show, play and share your content on F+ and through F+ share links — for example, showing your video in other people's feeds, making thumbnails and link previews, and making smaller copies so it loads faster. This permission is free, worldwide and non-exclusive, and it ends when you delete the content or your account (except for copies other people already shared outside F+, or that we must keep by law).

Only post content you have the right to post. Don't upload other people's videos, music or artwork unless you have permission.

4. Rules for using F+

Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, don't:

Post anything illegal, or anything that sexualises, exploits or endangers children — we report this to the authorities.
Harass, threaten, bully or impersonate people, or share someone's private information.
Post hate speech, graphic violence, or content that promotes dangerous acts, suicide or self-harm.
Spam, scam, or use fake accounts, bots or scripts to like, follow, comment or view.
Try to break, overload or get around the security of F+, or access data that isn't yours.

5. Reports, removals and suspensions

Anyone can report a video, comment or account. A video or comment reported by several different people may be hidden automatically while we review it.
We may remove content or limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines, or that put people at risk. When we can, we'll explain why.
If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we'll take another look.

6. Other people's content

Videos and comments on F+ come from users, not from us, and don't represent our views. You can block anyone, and tap Not interested to see fewer videos like one you didn't enjoy.

7. Changes to F+

F+ is a growing project. We may add, change or remove features, and F+ may sometimes be unavailable while we fix or improve it. We'll try to give notice of big changes.

8. Leaving F+

You can stop using F+ any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may close accounts that break these terms.

9. Disclaimers and limits

F+ is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running and safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that all content on it is accurate. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, or for content posted by other users. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have by law that can't be removed.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If there's a disagreement, please contact us first — most problems can be solved that way.

11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using F+ after that, you accept the new terms.
