Community Guidelines

Effective date: 29 October 2026

F+ Pro is for sharing short videos and having fun with people you like. These guidelines keep it a good place for everyone. They apply to videos, captions, comments, usernames, bios and profile photos. If you see something that breaks them, report it: open the video's Share sheet › Report video, or tap Report on a comment, or use ⋯ on a profile.

1. Spam and scams

No fake giveaways, phishing links, "get rich quick" schemes or attempts to take people's money or passwords.
No posting the same thing over and over, or using bots or fake accounts to get likes, follows or views.

2. Nudity and sexual content

No nudity, pornography or sexually explicit content.
Zero tolerance: any content that sexualises or exploits children is removed, the account is deleted, and it is reported to the authorities.

3. Violence and dangerous acts

No threats, graphic violence or gore, or content that praises violent people or groups.
No dangerous challenges or stunts that could get someone seriously hurt, and no showing how to make weapons or drugs.

4. Hate speech

Don't attack or insult people because of their race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability or illness, and don't use hateful symbols.

5. Bullying and harassment

No insulting, shaming or ganging up on people, and no unwanted sexual comments.
Don't share someone's private information (phone number, address, private photos) without permission.
Don't pretend to be another person or brand.

6. False information

Don't share false information that could cause real harm — for example fake health cures, fake emergency alerts, or lies meant to mislead people about elections or public safety.

7. Suicide and self-harm

Don't post content that shows, encourages or explains suicide, self-harm or eating disorders. Talking about your feelings and recovery in a safe way is welcome.

8. Other people's work

Only post videos, music and art that you made or have permission to use.

What happens when something breaks these guidelines

Reports are anonymous — the person you report isn't told who reported them.
A video or comment reported by several different people is hidden automatically while it's reviewed.
We may remove content, and limit, suspend or delete accounts — straight away for serious harm.
You can always block someone: you won't see each other's videos or comments, and they can't follow you.
