Tap the + button in the middle of the bottom bar, choose a video (MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 3 minutes), write a caption if you like (up to 150 characters, #hashtags work), pick 1–3 categories, and tap Post.

Big phone videos are made smaller on your device before they upload, so they play quickly for everyone. This takes about as long as the video itself. Keep F+ open until it finishes.

It learns from the categories you picked at sign-up and from what you do: videos you watch to the end, replay, like, comment on, save or share show interest; quick skips and Not interested show the opposite. It also mixes in popular videos, new creators and people you follow. The more you watch, the better it gets. Want a fresh start? Account › Settings › Privacy › Clear watch history.

Tap Share on the video › Not interested. It disappears from your feed and you'll see fewer like it.

Go to Account, open the video, tap Share › Edit video, make your changes and tap Save.

Go to Account, open the video, tap Share › Delete video and confirm. It's removed for everyone and its link stops working. This can't be undone.

Tap Share on any video. You can share it to other apps, copy the link, or send it on WhatsApp. People can watch a shared video even without an F+ account.

Tap the bookmark on any video to save it. Find them all in Account › the bookmark tab. Only you can see what you saved.

Account › Settings (top right) › Edit profile. Usernames can use a–z, 0–9, dots and underscores, and can be changed once every 27 days.

On the Account page, tap your profile photo and pick a new picture.

On the sign-in page tap Forgot password?, enter your email, and type the code we send you to choose a new password. Check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive.

Wait a minute and check your spam or promotions folder. On the code screen you can ask for a new code. Make sure you typed your email correctly.

F+ Pro is only for people aged 13 or older, so we check your age when you sign up. Your date of birth is never shown on your profile.

That's the official F+ Pro account. Everyone follows it so you don't miss news and updates about the app.

Account › Settings › Privacy › Delete my account. Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm. Your profile, videos, comments, likes, saves, follows and watch history are deleted for good. Want a copy first? Use Download my data on the same page. Can't sign in? Use the form below (choose "Privacy & my data").

Account › Settings › Privacy › Download my data. You'll get one file with your profile, videos, comments, likes, saves, follows, watch history and more.

Account › Settings › Privacy › Who can comment on my videos: Everyone, Followers, or No one. It applies to all your videos straight away. You can always comment on your own videos.

Video: Share › Report video. Comment: tap Report under it. Account: open their profile › ⋯ › Report account. Reports are anonymous. Something reported by several people is hidden while we review it.

Share › Block on one of their videos, or ⋯ › Block on their profile. You'll stop following each other, and you won't see each other's videos or comments. They aren't told. Unblock any time in Account › Settings › Blocked accounts.
